紧张时刻来了!!!!

哎哟, 明天UPSR 成绩即将放榜咯!!. 很紧张一下下的.都不知道我家的小牛会不会过关叻. 

椰糖发糕

取自于黄雪梅女士的食谱~古早味糕点~。

 

椰糖发糕是我曾经吃过的其中一种，它那椰糖及椰浆味，香的不的了，吃起来很细腻，令我难以忘记，超赞的。 这种发糕不需拿去发，材料全部搅拌在一起就可以了。简直是容易到像吃KACANG PUTIH。

当发糕蒸好的时候，就拿一小口来试试看它的味道，有点失望因为不是我想要的那个味道，可能我这次买的椰糖不是很纯的啰。 后来问问才知道，那次我吃的是某些人用白糖做的。白糖需稍微煮至溶，味道就会很像椰糖哦。 看来我又要再战一次了。

材料 A：

面粉       300 克

梳打粉       1 茶匙

浓椰浆   125 毫升

材料 B：

椰糖       300 克

清水       175 毫升

班兰叶       2 片

做法 ：

1.  将材料 B 混合，煮至糖溶，过滤冷却，待用。

2.  材料 A 混合拌匀后加 （1）拌均匀。

3.  将 （2）倒入纸杯的发糕模内至8分满，以大火蒸 15-20分钟即可。

那天看到平淡平凡的幸福的发糕，心痒痒、蠢蠢欲动的很想做Why ~ 清明节来临了，拿这个去拜拜先人，肯定会保佑我们一家平安健康。 看看材料和做法都相当容易，所以就来试试下。虽然需要很有耐心的等待长达六个小时半，不过蒸出来的效果特别好。当你一开锅盖的时候，它们就对你笑哈哈。很有成就感哦。看看相片就知道。非常谢谢平淡妈妈的食谱。

 

客家擂茶+传统糕点

擂茶是客家人传统的美食，我阿母家的饭桌一星期起码会有三到四顿午餐或晚餐都是它。主要材料有茶叶、芝麻、花生和薄荷叶。菜类就看你喜欢哪一样。不过最重要的是蒜米和虾米要多才会香。。我比较喜欢菜豆、豆腐干、中国蒜还有葱叶。擂茶一定要用番石榴的树竿，不然就不香。

 

看看这个擂茶的颜色是不是跟外面卖的不一样。外面卖的是他们多加了一种叶子。我不喜欢的那一种。

 

客家菜粄~主料有豆腐干、虾米、蒜米、肉碎和中国蒜每年年初一我外婆还有我那一群阿姨一定会做来吃。

简单炒饭

一道很简单的炒饭用来解决早餐。材料有饭、蒜米、鸡蛋、杂豆、ham、菜鱼丸及盐，就是这样简单。我通常都会用隔夜饭来炒饭，这样才能把饭炒出颗粒。

1.    首先把一半的鸡蛋放入少许的盐，煎了后给切丝放一边。

2.    把一半的蒜米粒炒香后放入所有杂豆、ham、菜鱼丸及盐适量给炒香，

       然后放入剩下的鸡蛋一起炒熟，放一边。

3.    把剩下的蒜米粒给炒香后放入饭，盐及2炒至均匀。
4.    炒好后盛起，铺上鸡蛋丝做装饰。

  

哇咔咔，早餐有菜、有鸡蛋、有饭还有肉，够丰富一下。
